Caz and Jim have been walking my dog Molly for the past 6 months. I am extremely happy with their approach and Molly is absolutely delighted to see them both and thoroughly enjoys her time with them. Their time keeping is excellent and I have no qualms in recommending them to anybody else who is looking for a couple of caring and responsible dog walkers. |

Furry World provides the best customer care that I have ever encountered
in this country. Even before we signed on for A Furry World's boarding
services, we spoke with Charlie Andersen about the problems we were
having with our new puppy. Though we didn't expect it, she provided
free advice over the phone – advice which proved to be the only
method that fixed the problem, even though we had spoken with several
experts about it!
After such wonderful assistance, we couldn't help but use her dog-boarding services when we went away for a little while. The service once again was far more impressive than we even expected - she presented a binder of documentation of A Furry World's professional qualifications, insurance and legal responsibility and also provided us at the end with a journal and photos of our pet's experiences. We are now hooked on A Furry World and will always use it in future. I'm sure our puppy Taco will insist upon it. |

 Milli & Sky Nicola - Islington - North London I have had the pleasure of using the services Charlie Andersen of A Furry World on a number of occasions now. I first met her whilst she was walking a dog and was very impressed by the level of care and attention she was giving her charge without knowing that I would be a prospective client! She walks my dog Millie and has looked after my cat Sky at home whilst I was on holiday. Millie is always very happy when she has been walked by Charlie and I am always confident that Millie is being cared for properly and well exercised. Sky is an extremely affectionate and dependant cat and is therefore not that pleased to be left alone. However she looked extremely content and well looked-after when I returned after two weeks away. I have absolutely no trouble in trusting Charlie with my home and my pets. I should say that I have high standards and Charlie has no trouble meeting them. She demonstrates a great deal of care for the animals and they both seem very pleased to see her. As they are good judges of character I can be sure that in my absence they are well cared for. |
 Blade & Matilda Tracey & Tamar - Fullham South London In early 2003, I relocated from abroad with my two ‘best friends’ – 2 year old terrier littermates with a high energy level, and a penchant for roughhousing with each other. After seeing them through the ordeal of the PETS program, and the kennels they had to stay in for a week while their paperwork was processed, I was determined to find them a more personal, and attentive ‘boarding’ experience for those times I had to leave them to travel for work, or social engagements. To my delight, I discovered ‘A Furry World’, whose proprietor Charlie took them into her own environment and gave them as much attention as I would (and probably a good deal more exercise!). I have used the company’s services on numerous occasions, and will continue doing so. My dogs’ delight when they see Charlie and their ‘home away from home’ is more than enough reassurance that they are treated in the exceptional manner to which they have become accustomed. I have no hesitation in recommending ‘A Furry World’ to anyone who is looking for a secure, caring and personal environment for his or her pets. |
